We're looking for a motivated and strategic Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing team. Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition * Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close * Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions * Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients * Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information * Team and database lead generation * Find acquisition properties * Develop builder, developer, and contractor network * Investment property lead generation * Investment property lead follow-up * Listing appointments * Investment property buyer and seller sales * Close appointments * Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: * Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented * Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments * A real estate license is required * Good communication * Commission opportunity * Sales experience About Company * Our Mission: Empowering you to fund your dreams and create the most incredible legacy possible by building bigger, more profitable businesses and pursuing peak emotional and mental fitness.
