Purpose of Position: Provide extraordinary service and trusted advice while creating sales opportunities. License preferred Essential Functions: * Answer phone with a smile * Update/endorse customer policies at their direction * Handle billing inquiries and process customer payments * Notify agency owner of dissatisfied customers and customers at risk of leaving * Report claims * Review reports daily with agency owner * Write new business applications using a checklist * Cross-sell existing customers * Follow up on pending endorsements and applications * Handle additional duties as assigned or needed * Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude * Work toward managing the agency Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off Application Question(s): * A customer Representative License is required.
