Purpose of Position: Provide extraordinary service and trusted advice while creating sales opportunities. License preferred

Essential Functions

:

• Answer phone with a smile
• Update/endorse customer policies at their direction
• Handle billing inquiries and process customer payments
• Notify agency owner of dissatisfied customers and customers at risk of leaving
• Report claims
• Review reports daily with agency owner
• Write new business applications using a checklist
• Cross-sell existing customers
• Follow up on pending endorsements and applications
• Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Work toward managing the agency Work Remotely
• No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
