Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to lead our sales efforts in Latin America. You will play a key role in expanding our presence across the region, establishing and managing relationships with distributors, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders. This is a high-impact, independent role ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to take ownership of regional sales operations and drive revenue growth in Latin America and the Caribbean. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth across Latin America. * Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with distributors, healthcare providers, and pharmacies in the region. * Promote and present Lavior Pharma 's products to medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and government healthcare entities. * Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and account management. * Conduct market research to understand regional trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows across Latin America. * Ensure regulatory compliance in each target country and coordinate with internal teams on market entry strategies. * Collaborate with marketing, product development, and executive leadership to align sales strategies with company objectives. * Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Qualifications: * Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus). * 3+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or skincare industry , with a strong focus on Latin America. * Established relationships with distributors, healthcare providers, and decision-makers in the region is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and market dynamics in Latin America. * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. * Willingness to travel frequently within Latin America to meet with clients and attend industry events. * Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
