Job Description: Inside Sales Specialist (with Marketing Support) Reports to: Sales Manager Location: Premier Manufacturing Job Type: Full-Time Website: [please apply online] Position Summary The Inside Sales Specialist at Premier Manufacturing is a critical link between our customers and outside sales team. This role involves managing quotes, processing new accounts, and delivering excellent customer service. The position also includes supporting light marketing efforts to enhance Premier Manufacturing's visibility and market presence. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a dynamic and fast- paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Sales Support * Quote Preparation: * Prepare and accurately enter customer quotes based on information provided by the outside sales team. * Ensure timely and detailed responses to customer requests while adhering to company pricing and policies. * New Account Management: * Process and onboard new customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is complete and entered into the CRM system. * Maintain and update customer information to ensure accuracy. * Customer Service: * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, and account setup. * Provide prompt solutions to customer concerns while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Marketing Support * Promotional Activities: * Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials, including flyers, emails, and social media content. * Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that align with sales objectives. * Market Research: * Conduct research on industry trends, potential customers, and competitors to support the sales team. * Provide insights to improve sales strategies and identify new market opportunities. * Brand Representation: * Promote Premier Manufacturing's products and services through effective communication with customers and prospects. * Act as an ambassador for the company, highlighting its commitment to quality and service. Administrative Tasks * Order Entry: * Accurately enter sales orders into the system and ensure timely communication with production and shipping teams. * Track and follow up on orders to ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. * Reporting: * Generate and distribute sales and marketing reports to monitor performance and identify trends. * Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer insights and opportunities for growth. Qualifications * Education: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. * Experience: * At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field preffered. * Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales is highly desirable. * Skills: * Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media tools). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * A customer-focused attitude with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
