Position : Lead Generation Specialist Location : Select Costco's & Lowe's stores in the Inland Empire Purpose of the Job : As a Retail Demonstrator, you will represent Closet Factory in select Costco stores, engaging consumers and providing them with valuable information about our products. Your role is crucial in creating positive experiences, driving brand awareness, and assisting in achieving sales goals. By conducting dynamic demonstrations, you'll showcase the unique value of our products and encourage homeowners to discover the benefits of organization. Key Responsibilities : * Conduct planned demonstrations to achieve specified goals and increase sales * Engage consumers with high-energy demonstrations and effectively communicate product features and benefits * Act as a credible product expert, encouraging consumers to schedule a free in-home consultation * Maintain and organize demonstration materials and ensure brochure materials are fully stocked * Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to enhance brand visibility Individual Qualifications : * High School diploma or GED required * 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role * Prior retail sales or promotional demonstrating experience preferred * Highly organized with excellent verbal communication skills Skills, Competencies, Requirements, and Compensation : * Flexible schedule 30-35 hours/week. * Professional and outgoing demeanor with strong presentation skills * Ability to represent Closet Factory with integrity and uphold company values * Self-motivated and capable of working independently * Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation * Ability to stand for up to six hours at a time * Compensation: Hourly pay plus Bonus Incentives Join us at Closet Factory and be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional products and experiences to our customers. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers within national partner stores and generating high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively approach and engage with shoppers in warehouse stores to generate interest in our custom organization products. Sales Skills: Utilize effective sales techniques to qualify potential leads and gather essential information for our design and sales teams. Training and Development: Provide training to new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent performance across the lead generation team.
