Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying & selling processes while leveraging your negotiation skills and market knowledge to achieve successful transactions. This role requires strong communication abilities and a keen understanding of the real estate market. This is a 100% commission position.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying & selling properties while providing expert advice throughout the process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Market properties through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, market conditions, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Manage real estate administrative tasks such as preparing documents and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the industry, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and property managers.
• Attend all team meetings and events.
• Maintain a positive attitude, exceptional energy and involvement in the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of two years real estate experience and have closed at least 10 transactions or have closed 5 transactions in your first year.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and contract knowledge.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and ethical standards in real estate transactions.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• A currently active real estate license is required.
• Must be available FULL TIME. Must be able to attend team meetings and show properties / host open houses on Saturdays.
