HVAC Sales Representative (Commission Only) Experienced HVAC Closer Wanted - Leads Provided - $100K-$200K+ Potential We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Sales Representative with in-home sales experience and strong technical product knowledge to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based position with daily qualified leads provided. If you know how to sell HVAC, understand system design and rebates, and can walk a homeowner through the full scope of options -- we want to work with you.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners and evaluate their HVAC needs
• Present and explain product options, financing, rebate incentives, and system benefits clearly and confidently
• Close high-ticket HVAC system sales.
• Follow up with all previous sales appointments.
• Collaborate with our install and operations team to ensure smooth project completion
• Maintain a professional, solutions-first approach with every homeowner.
• When all appointments have been attended to, prospecting is mandatory.

Requirements

:

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven in-home HVAC sales experience (PREFERRED)
• Strong product knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, heat pumps, indoor air quality, and current rebate programs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to manage appointments, follow up, and work independently
• Reliable transportation and a clean professional appearance

Compensation

:

• Commission only - top performers earn $100K -$200K+ annually
