Overview: Join our team as a Call Center Representative and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Answer basic dog grooming, daycare & boarding questions with pricing - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution - Utilize data entry systems to document customer interactions - Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion - Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services - Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and customer service standards Qualifications: - Proficient in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Experience in data entry and navigating computer systems - Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes - Sales experience is beneficial for upselling or cross-selling opportunities - Ability to analyze customer information to personalize interactions - Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Seasonal Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift * Morning shift Work Location: In person
