Duties * Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with their inquiries. * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. * Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently during cash handling. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed. * Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their roles. * Collaborate with team members to meet store sales targets and enhance overall customer experience. * Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies.
