Full description of the position

Seeking a highly energetic individual with an outgoing personality to join our team in commercial insurance

• Answers incoming calls, transfer and take accurate messages
• Process endorsements & policy service requests
• Prepare certificate of insurance
• Handle intent to cancels, reinstatements and cancellations & billing questions (from insured, finance companies and carriers)
• Check Hartford, Progressive, National General, Chubb, Markel & Travelers & Service Lloyds and others on a regular basis.
• Prepare Quotes, Binders & Policies Acords and Supplements for EIP Underwriters that you are assigned to.
• Assist your assigned underwriter with bookings as needed.
• Verify all documents and emails are on shared drive and in Newton
• Process renewals and changes to policies
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Follow-up on policy documents, endorsements, cancellations, recommendations, audits & info needed
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller Job Skills &

Qualifications

:

• Office Customer Service
• Knowledge of Insurance terminology a plus
• Experience in G/L, Professional Liability, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property & Business Owners Other Skill

Requirements

:

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, written communication skills spelling, punctuation,
• grammar and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to learn Company/Proprietary software
• Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Bilingual English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Licenses: Property & Casualty Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
