Summary As a Retail Assistant Manager at All Uniform Wear, you will play a vital role in supporting store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Located in one of our retail locations, you will help lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality uniforms and apparel while contributing to our mission of professionalism and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Support inventory management processes, including ordering and stock control.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
• Implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth within the store.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.
• Ability to manage shifts effectively and lead a team under pressure.
