Previous expierience in menswear retail or sales is preferred Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. * Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining cash register integrity. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. * Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Supervise junior staff or new hires as needed, providing guidance and support. * Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly.
