With so much experience under our belt, we are seeking to continue this growth by adding to our team. We are seeking a Business Development Consultant with a track record of successfully initiating new business and maintaining / growing relationships with our clients. What You 'll Do: The LineSpex Business Development team manages all conversations and relationships with our prospects and clients. In this role, you will reach out to new and existing clients to assess potential and interest through conversation. The process starts with research and data gathering and leads to a meeting where we explore the clients' needs and if LineSpex can be a good fit. The Business Development Consultant is responsible for: * Develop & execute outbound strategies to set qualified meetings and track projects to closure. * Researching & vetting opportunities within the industry: Uncovering qualifying prospective customer needs, identifying projects, and creating opportunities. * Reaching out via phone + email to schedule meetings & conversations with prospects and clients * Building & maintaining relationships with clients * Meet established quotas and sales goals * Occasional Travel to client facilities What makes someone in this role successful: * 1-3 years of B2B experience * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Using CRM software such as SalesForce * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Bachelor's Degree Preferred * Collaborates well & performs individually * Strong interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients * Organization, process, and follow-through * Solid understanding of business concepts and ability to quickly learn industry specific details Why LineSpex? * Base Salary + Uncapped Commission: $80K-$100K OTE * Paid Time Off & 10+ Company Holidays * Health Insurance Options (including vision & dental) * Great work-life balance * Casual culture with a team of focused individuals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Experience: * B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Anaheim, CA 92807 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In personLinespex
