Overview A marketing and sales advisor to assists customers in making real state decisions, primarily by providing guidance, product knowledge, and building relationships to close sales. They identify customer needs, present suitable products or services, and offer assistance throughout the buying process Duties * Telemarketers make calls to prospective customers, often known as "cold calling". * Respond to calls from customers who have expressed interest, sometimes referred to as "warm calling". * The primary goal is to gather information about potential customers. * Directly attempt to persuade customers to purchase a product or service. Requirements * Bilingual: English and Spanish * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
