BenA What you will do:: * Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections * Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives * Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams * Provide support to Outside Sales team * Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services What you will bring:: * Previous front-line customer service and sales experience * Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus * Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus * Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management * Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
