Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs. * Engage customers through effective communication to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products. * Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customers to make informed purchasing decisions. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Supervise and support new team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
