About the Role We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base while deepening relationships with existing clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional service that reflects our company values. What You 'll Do * Grow and manage a portfolio of customers in the fresh and frozen seafood market. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across foodservice, retail, and distribution sectors. * Develop strong customer relationships through regular communication and reliable support. * Provide accurate product and pricing information, and ensure timely order fulfillment. * Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve any service issues. * Meet or exceed sales targets and margin goals as set by the company. * Represent The Fish Company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times. What We 're Looking For * Experience in sales--preferably in seafood, foodservice, or perishable goods. * Strong relationship-building and communication skills. * A self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Driven by goals and motivated to exceed performance expectations. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
