Responsibilities: Job Purpose: * Complete inspections encompassing interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space and provide quotes for McCall service offerings to prospective customers. * Ensure completion of documentation to align with McCall standards. * Generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, strategic partnerships, etc. * Communicate value of service and transition prospects to McCall customers * Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers * Attend all McCall Service continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance. * Keeps a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle. * Expectations: * THE MCCALL WAY Serve as a McCall Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards OWN IT We strive to create a culture of ownership, where all feel empowered to take initiative o n what they can control: their customers, routes, teams, communication, and professionalism.
