A leading manufacturer in Fountain Valley is looking for Inside Sales / Receptionist. An Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of related experience with excellent customer service skills.

• Location: Fountain Valley, CA
• Direct Hire with excellent benefits
• Salary Range: $48K/yr - Non-Exempt

Requirements

of the Inside Sales /Receptionist:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• At least 5 years of Sales Assistant / Inside Sales / Sales Administrative Assistant or related experience
• Excellent communication skill and customer service skill
• Able to pay attention to details
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• English and Spanish bilingual is a big plus

Responsibilities

of the Inside Sales / Receptionist:

• Provides customers with product/service information to assist them in determining appropriate merchandise to purchase.
• Receives requests for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers.
• Makes quotations on standard items, writes orders, and relays pertinent order information to customers.
• Handle purchase orders and provide service to customers
• Coordinates with other department for shipping and inventories
• Shipping and Delivery date management
• Handle all incoming calls and greet visitors.
• Other related administrative work will be assigned.
