*Job Requirements * Sweetwater, the nation's number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking a detail-obsessed, data-driven Marketplace Listing Optimization Specialist to drive visibility, conversion, and sales performance across our marketplace channels--including Amazon, eBay, and Reverb. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, enhancing, and maintaining product listings to align with marketplace best practices, customer behavior, and internal growth strategies. * Job Responsibilities * Optimize Listings for Conversion & Ranking: * Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content (Amazon), and SEO across priority listings. * Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices for each marketplace's search algorithm (Amazon A9, eBay Cassini, etc.). * Mange listing variation identification and set up to maximize visibility * Audit & Maintain Product Catalogs: * Identify and fix suppressed, incomplete, or underperforming listings. * Ensure listings are compliant with each marketplace's policies and category requirements. * Collaborate Cross-Functionally: * Work with the Data & Analytics team to monitor performance (CTR, conversion, BSR, etc.) and identify areas for improvement. * Partner with merchandising, product marketing and brand contacts to ensure priority listings reflect current stock, accurate content, and up-to-date product information. * Partner with Technology to ensure the optimal product data is pushed to the marketplace channels through data feeds and Rithum. * Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging imagery, enhanced A+ content, and videos for priority listings * Test & Scale Optimization Tactics: * A/B test images, copy, pricing strategies, and enhanced content to improve listing performance. * Roll out learnings to broader catalog for scalable impact. * Support New Product Launches: * Lead or assist in listing setup for new products across Amazon, eBay, Reverb, and future marketplaces. * Work closely with the Marketplace Strategy Manager to ensure listings are aligned with go-to-market strategies. * Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in copywriting, e-commerce merchandising, or product listing optimization * Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, MerchantWords, etc.). * Familiarity with product data feeds, listing templates, and marketplace CMS tools. * Comfortable with basic data analysis (Excel, Looker, Domo or similar). * Detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven by performance metrics. * Experience with Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Listing Mirror, or other feed management tools is a plus. * Strong understanding of the Music Instrument industry and related gear * Sweetwater "Ideal" Team-Player * WOWs The Customer - Deep passion and desire for creating amazing customer & colleague experiences * Get Things Done - Great work ethic and moves with a sense of urgency * Obsesses over the Details - committed to paying attention to the details * Drives Continuous Improvement - Always focusing on effective and efficient work and way to get better * Develops the Future - committed to pursuit of growing personally & professionally and has a focus on bringing your colleagues along with you on that journey _ We function best as a unified team, so relocation to our_ state-of-the-art campus in Fort Wayne, IN is required.
