Position: Bilingual Sales Engineer Location: Phoenix Schedule: Full-Time Type: Direct Hire Pay Rate: DOE

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor on the company's product and service offerings, supporting the Director of Operations in client meetings, system walkthroughs, and solution customization.
• Leverage your knowledge of electrical engineering to support system integration discussions, project planning, and construction-related technical consultations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, service, and project management teams to ensure technical alignment and smooth project execution.
• Prepare accurate technical proposals, detailed cost estimates, and compelling presentations for both prospective and existing clients.
• Partner with finance and leadership teams to review financial metrics, inform sales strategy, and support performance-related decisions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and onsite customer visits to build rapport and showcase capabilities.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication, support, and customer-focused solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide input on strategies for market growth and expansion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales, applications engineering, or technical consulting role preferred.
• Proficient in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and client-facing presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field required.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to support data-driven decision-making.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for client meetings and events.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
