Job Overview Technical Inside Sales Support Electro-Chemical Devices (ECD) is a manufacturer of liquid analytical process instrumentation. Technical innovation is the key to ECD's instrumentation and sensors. Objective: Technical Inside Sales Supports are professionals dedicated to the support of the sales team in terms of planning visits, pipeline management and preparing offers. The main responsibilities of the position are: * Supporting the Sales Team to contact customers and planning visits * Preparing and following up on the offers * Helping the Sales Team with pipeline in order to manage overdues and opportunities * Managing leads, quoting via CRM, Technical customer support * Field Technical support and service as needed. * Provides field support for events, trade shows, customer training and application intensive customer visits. Some travel may be required (1-3 overnight stay). Qualification: * Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience (required). * Must be fluent English to understand and comprehend our customer base. * Must be able to construct well written, clear, concise, professional emails in both English. * Familiar with SAP including Microsoft Office (required). * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Extremely detail-oriented, positive, and effective proven problem solver. * At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US. * High School Diploma/bachelor's degree in engineering preferred * Must know basic mathematics, metrics and measures. * Supply chain management knowledge. * Be an effective, enthusiastic, communicator. * Must be energetic, punctual, professional, and have a drive to push the envelope every day. Prior Experience: Preferably 2-5 years of experience in test & measurement or relevant industry. Any analytical background in this industry would be a plus.
