New American Arms is the only full-service gun shop in the Richmond area offering gunsmith services, machining, cerakote, custom builds, training and more. We are a local, family-owned gun shop and are eager to add a new sales associate to our staff! Job duties include but are not limited to: greeting customers and helping them find the right firearms, merchandise, and services to suit their needs, completing customer transactions on our point of sale system, restocking merchandise, helping to maintain a presentable showroom, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls as needed, and performing other duties based on experience and need. Requirements: * Must be at least 21 years of age and have the ability to handle firearms/pass a criminal background check. * Must have extensive firearms experience/knowledge * Must be able to lift up to 50lbs * Must be customer service-oriented, a team player, and display strong attention to detail To be considered for this position, please send a message or cover letter outlining your interests, skills, and knowledge relating to firearms.
