Overview

Interacts with online customers/viewers and directly answers inquiries on product information. During the live shows you will have to maintain a conversation going even if there 's no comments. Describe the product thoroughly and encourage the audience to purchase.

Duties

• Accurately describe product size, fabrics and style.
• Inspect products for damage and disclose it to viewers.
• Sort, pack and label packages correctly for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking packaging materials and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet shipments deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
• Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively with others.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed.
• Basic math skills for measuring and counting items.
