• Job Title: Sales Coordinator - School Uniforms Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Employment Type: Full-Time Are you passionate about sales, education, and apparel? Join our dedicated team in shaping the school uniform experience for families and schools throughout the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area! We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who is organized, outgoing, and driven to help expand our reach in the private and charter school markets. This role combines customer-facing sales support with internal coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

: - Serve as the primary point of contact for school administrators and stakeholders and coordinate annual school review and maintain all documentation and program modifications - Coordinate all aspects of the sales process, along with the Sales Director, from lead generation and relationship building to closing and onboarding - Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot experience a plus) - Collaborate with internal teams and retail staff to ensure excellent customer service - Support operations in our retail stores during peak seasons - Travel as needed to school sites and events in the Greater MN area - Provide support for marketing efforts, including school events and uniform fittings - Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft 365 tools

Required Qualifications

: - 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role - Strong verbal and written communication skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) - Positive, professional demeanor and ability to build rapport easily

Preferred Qualifications

: - Familiarity with private and parochial schools in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area - Background in clothing sales or the school uniform industry - Ability to understand the nuances and requirements of school uniform programs - Retail experience and flexibility to work in stores during peak periods Why Join Donald 's School Uniforms?
