Duties * Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. * Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, showings, and transactions. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements. * Assist clients in property management matters as needed. * Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions for future reference. Experience * Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable. * Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships efficiently. * Familiarity with property management practices is advantageous. * Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential for compliance in all transactions.
