Challenger Sports Corporation is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team! As a leader in soccer camps, clinics, and international tours, we are searching for a motivated sales professional to drive growth within a designated territory. Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell our soccer camps, clinics, tours, and coaching services within your assigned region.
• Marketing & Promotions: Implement marketing strategies to drive registrations and increase brand awareness.
• Coach Management: Oversee and support our international coaching staff during the summer programs.
• Relationship Building: Develop partnerships with soccer clubs, schools, and organizations to expand our reach. What We 're Looking For:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills --you'll be interacting with club directors, coaches, and parents daily.
• Excellent attention to detail --organization is key when managing multiple programs.
• Ability to work independently but also thrive in a team-oriented culture.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
