We believe that diversity drives innovation and creativity, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. * Position Overview:* The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region, reporting VP of Sales Sussman and National Sales Manager to align strategies with DHT's overall sales objectives. The RSM will focus on expanding DHT's and Sussman sales across Denver West commercial and industrial markets. This position involves a high level of customer engagement, territory management, and coordination with the sales team, ensuring maximum performance and customer satisfaction. The RSM will also be responsible for executing regional sales plans, identifying opportunities for growth, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and representatives. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to support DHT's overall national objectives, including product expansion and market penetration. * Manage key customer relationships within the region, providing solutions and driving product adoption while enhancing the DHT brand image. * Collaborate with the VP of Sales Sussman and National Sales Manager to ensure alignment with company-wide sales goals and initiatives. * Oversee the performance of regional commercial representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. * Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with regional customers, contractors, OEMs, and key industry influencers. * Support the onboarding and training of new representatives within the region, ensuring they are fully equipped to represent DHT/Sussman EB products and services. * Monitor and analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and achieve growth targets. * Coordinate with marketing to create tailored sales tools and presentations for regional events and customer meetings. * Represent DHT at regional industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to strengthen brand presence and generate leads. * Work closely with VP of Sales Sussman and National Sales Manager to create sales forecasts and contribute to regional budget planning. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., engineering, production, and finance) to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are implemented effectively. * Track and report regional sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing actionable strategies. * Manage pricing strategies, proposals, and quotations to meet regional customer expectations and market conditions. * Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. * 5+ years of proven experience in manufacturing sales, with a track record of exceeding regional sales targets. * Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing regional sales representatives and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems or MSP/ERP systems. * Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive business growth. * Strong technical understanding of industrial/commercial products, particularly heat exchangers, steam, hot water, and electrical applications. * Experience working with OEMs, industrial and commercial sales channels, and local/national regulations. * High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on results and strategic thinking. * Availability to travel frequently within the region (up to 50% travel). * Ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving sales environment and changing responsibilities.Diversified Heat Transfer, Inc.
