BRANCH LOCATION: Riverside, CA DATE AVAILABLE: Immediately US Air Conditioning Distributors is one of the largest privately owned HVAC equipment distributors with 52 locations in California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona, whose goal is to provide customers with what they need, when they need it with free next-day delivery, crane service, incredible inventory selection, and experienced, friendly personnel to help assist the customer. We are a One Stop Shop for all your HVAC needs from residential to commercial to industrial, including equipment, controls, parts, supplies, and sheet metal. US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking talented and energetic parts counter sales professionals for its fast-growing Riverside store. POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you will create an inviting atmosphere to our customers by greeting walk-in and phone-in customers, assisting them in their HVAC parts needs, and differentiating US Air Conditioning Distributors from our competitors by providing excellent customer service.** You will be responsible for selling parts to customers by phone, email, and face to face; keeping inventory fully stocked; and keeping the store clean and well organized. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products safely by properly blocking, bracing, and securing the cargo and delivering products to customer sites within a designated time frame. You will also maintain the required logs and reports necessary to maintain Department of Transportation and company policies relating to safety standards and operation of delivery vehicles, forklifts, etc. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Valid Driver's License PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Customer service skills * Teamwork skills * Computer skills * Ability to take initiative * Ability to heavy lift products * Excellent driving record * Ability to handle high volume during peak demand times * Knowledge in HVAC parts, supplies, and systems WE OFFER: * This position offers full benefits, competitive pay, and an opportunity for advancement for the right person who exhibits exemplary traits and work habits. * Pay starting at $18-$20 per hour plus incentives The company conducts a background check and physical/drug test.
