We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing agency. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast- paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of our business. This position is commission only, but you will get a steady flow of leads from our top residential agents. Compensation

: $117,500 commission based

Responsibilities

:

• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
• Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
• Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations
• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process

Qualifications

:

• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
• Proven negotiating and communication skills
• Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
• Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
