We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing agency. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast- paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of our business. This position is commission only, but you will get a steady flow of leads from our top residential agents. With commission comes unlimited income growth, plus you'll be backed every step of the way by continuous mentoring and coaching. Compensation: $117,500 commission based Responsibilities: * Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients * Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data * Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction * Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations * Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process Qualifications: * Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language * Proven negotiating and communication skills * Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising * Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient * Must have a real estate license About Company At Texas Legacy Realty, we're dedicated to helping agents grow their real estate businesses with top technology, quality leads, and year-round support.
