EXPECTATIONS: * Serve potential customers through leads. * Generate leads through referrals. * Drive growth through cold calling via different avenues (residential homes, commercial properties, etc.) * Accurately create detailed property diagrams in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy. * Accurately create proposals that meet customer expectations and are in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy. * Customer communication after service is performed to ensure satisfaction. * Pass all state and company licensing requirements. * Keep issued vehicles and equipment in a clean, working order. * Attend company training to grow further in sales techniques, service protocols, product knowledge, and customer service. Requirements: * Outside sales experience (1 year preferred) * Pest control experience preferred, but not required. * Positive attitude * Strong personal work ethic * Integrity * Strong customer service skills * Ability to pass drug tests.
