Sales Manager - Water & Fire Restoration Industry Phoenix, AZ Salary: $90,000 -$120,000 base + commissions

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 4-5 sales professionals
• Keep the team focused, motivated, and aligned
• Oversee sales performance, set goals, and implement strategies for growth
• Work alongside leadership to refine and improve sales strategies
• Maintain a balance of vision and execution , helping salespeople centralize and streamline their ideas into actionable strategies What We 're Looking For
• Proven sales leadership experience (within the restoration industry)
• Ability to motivate and hold a team accountable while fostering a positive culture
