Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior sales representatives to develop strategies for increasing market share.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
