Company Description W Construction Supply is a construction supply house specializing in concrete and masonry accessories, fabricated rebar, formworks, shoring, and scaffolding. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling construction supplies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. While the role is based in Columbus, some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications * Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills * Customer Relationship Management and Account Management skills * Knowledge of construction supplies and materials * Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines * Experience in the construction industry is a plus * Excellent time management and organizational skill Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance Work Location: On the road
