Sales Consultants assist and guide our clients in the purchase of their new vehicle. As a family owned business, we value relationships and want to develop our relationship with clients and employees. Very aggressive pay plan with potential to earn $100,000+ Automotive Sales Duties and Responsibilities: * Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to any client who enters the showroom or sales lot. * Assists clients in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner. * Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry. * Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month. * Exhibits high level of commitment to client satisfaction. * Delivers vehicles to clients, ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork. * Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals. Requirements: * Outstanding interpersonal skills. * Excellent written communication skills. * Drive to excel with a passion for automobiles. * GM or luxury car experience preferred, but not required. * Energetic and client service oriented. * Understanding of automotive terminology, including equity and values, with ability to converse with clients regarding it. * Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Team player.
