Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative with an extensive background in the law enforcement sector. This role is pivotal to our success, and we are specifically looking for candidates who possess a well-established network of connections within local police departments, sheriff's offices, and other law enforcement agencies. Your ability to leverage these relationships will be key to driving new business and maintaining our strong presence in the market. If you have a solid understanding of the unique challenges and needs of law enforcement professionals, and a demonstrated ability to build and sustain deep, trusting partnerships, you'll excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on leveraging your existing network within law enforcement agencies to expand Amwear Group's reach and drive business growth. * Strengthen and enhance relationships with local police departments, sheriff's offices, and key law enforcement figures, positioning Amwear Group as their trusted supplier for uniforms and sportswear. * Actively pursue and capitalize on business opportunities through your established network , expanding our client base and increasing market share in the law enforcement sector. * Present and promote Amwear Group's range of apparel and consumer goods, demonstrating how our products are specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of law enforcement personnel. * Maintain regular communication and build rapport with key decision-makers within local law enforcement agencies, ensuring long-term partnerships and continued satisfaction. * Conduct routine visits, follow-ups, and proactive relationship-building initiatives to address client concerns and anticipate their evolving needs. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes within law enforcement agencies to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. * Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales materials and promotions that align with the needs of your network. * Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and feedback from your network of contacts. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales within the law enforcement sector, with a focus on apparel and consumer goods. * A strong, well-established network of relationships with local police departments and law enforcement agencies --this is crucial for success in this role. You must demonstrate an ability to open doors and nurture lasting relationships with decision-makers. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of cultivating deep trust with law enforcement personnel. * Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging both new and existing relationships. * Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being a collaborative team player. * Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. * Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events, strengthening and expanding your network.
