Overview

To sell homes to qualified buyers, by creating and nurturing a buyer's desire to buy and contribute to the overall growth and prosperity of Stonefield Home.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and market trends.
• Knowledge of financing and loan information, including current trends, rates and pre-qualifying procedures
• To know and demonstrate the product benefits, features, upgrades, and design maintain and project a confident, positive and enthusiastic attitude always
• To be honest, trustworthy and truthful to potential buyers and the builder
• Inspect and maintain model homes on a scheduled basis to keep up the highest quality of appearance and aesthetics
• To follow through on all contracts from the start of first contact with a potential buyer through the close of escrow
• Suggested to add/replace: proficiency in marketing strategies to enhance property visibility in the market; monthly, quarterly, or as requested.
• Train and supervise hostesses
• To be punctual at all times; opening of model homes, sales meeting, etc Experience
• 1 year minimum experience in the real estate industry
• Bilingual is a plus for serving a diverse clientele
• Requires a valid CA Real Estate License
• Requires a valid CA Driver's License
