All Green Lawn Care is looking for results-driven salespeople preferably with experience in the chemical lawn care field to join our company in this rewarding sales position where we offer an hourly base pay plus commission. We are looking for people who are trainable, willing to listen and learn new skills, reliable, and good with customers. Requirements: * Develop a strong understanding of the direct selling process and gain a background in the lawn care service industry * Present, promote, and sell services using solid communication practices to existing and prospective customers * Finding the customer's needs by asking open-ended questions and building rapport * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Reach out to customer leads through cold calling * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule * Work to improve through feedback continuously Skills * Highly motivated and goal-driven * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills * Need to be trainable and willing to learn our selling process regardless of previous experience About All Green Inc: All Green has been in business for over 35 years and has 11 branch locations in 5 different states.
