Cardinal Senior Care is seeking a selfmotivated competitive individual for an external marketing position in the Non-Medical Home Care field. The ideal candidate will generate leads and referrals of seniors needing assistance and care at home with daily living. The leads will be for private pay or long-term insurance and VA candidates. To generate the leads you will be asked to: * Call on health care facilities, doctors, rehabs and local medical businesses to generate leads for seniors needing assistance and care at home * Be comfortable speaking with and developing ongoing working relations with social workers, referral coordinators, administrators, directors of nursing, physicians and others. * Conduct lunch and learns and in-services to referral sources * Participate in external marketing and networking events * Have a strong presence in the community * Provide reports and updates to the office daily This is primarily an outside sales and marketing position. A great personality, ability to get past gate-keepers and a persistence to follow through is essential for success. Position offers a base salary commensurate with experience AND a commission/bonus incentive linked to performance.
