Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE Launch program * Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis * Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes * Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers * Maintain and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology * Host two open houses each month * Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards * Participate in team activities according to team standards * Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their homes * Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications * Self-driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge * Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions * Skilled in prospecting and generating leads * Naturally adept at handling objections * Excellent communicator with a service-oriented mindset * Team player * Licensed real estate professional * 3+ years of experience in real estate sales * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Eager to learn and grow * Well-organized * Open to learning scripts and dialogues * Excellent at managing time About-our-team We are powered by PLACE, a broker-agnostic business services and technology platform transforming the industry for top agents and their customers.
