Sales Associate - Hyper Wellness Representative Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy - Carmel & Fishers Locations, 3-5 days per week, including weekend availability and opening/closing availability. Our sales associates / hyper wellness representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in our sales process while delivering a high-quality customer experience. What the Sales Associate - Hyper Wellness Representative Role Involves * Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore's wellness services * Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process * Selling service packages and memberships * Calling prospects and members * Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system * Conducting tours * Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at- home care * Performing opening and closing procedures * Daily store operations - this involves maintaining store cleanliness, customer lead outreach, community outreach, organizing store events, and assisting in social media outreach Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Hyper Wellness Representative * You're passionate about health and wellness * You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail and/ or wellness / fitness environment * One year of sales experience preferred * Outgoing and energetic, don't know a stranger * Working weekends doesn't bum you out * Communication and collaboration are part of your strong suits * You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field IMPORTANT: Please answer the questions in the application. We are hiring for 2 - 3 days per week, 16-24 hours per week. Ideally, we would like someone that is able to flex up or down based on store needs.
