Who We Are: We're a long standing, successful building products distributor in Golden Valley looking for a Salesperson to rep one of our new product lines. This is a direct hire or permanent position paying $55K-$65K per year plus commission and benefits. Who You Are: You're a driven, trustworthy sales rep with at least 2 years of experience. You're comfortable working independently and enjoying owning the sales process. You possess a "can do" attitude, are dependable, and are great at building relationships. You also have a customer service mindset and are passionate about results. The Role Is: The Sales Representative will own the sales process for this new product and be responsible for building/maintaining relationships, articulating product knowledge, and driving revenue by closing deals. This includes reaching out to potential customers (architects, builders, and installers), making presentations, understanding the customers' needs, offering them suitable building products, and negotiating terms. Your Background: The right Sales Representative will have at least 2 years of experience in a sales role; building materials experience a huge plus, but not required. You're no stranger to providing value by articulating product knowledge and finding creative solutions. You have experience working with senior leadership, both internally and externally. Other Pertinent Details: The Sales Representative opportunity pays $55K to $65K per year plus commission.
