Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes - Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales team members - Manage key accounts and ensure customer retention and growth - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Requirements: - Proven experience in medical sales or a related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage key accounts and drive sales growth - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as comprehensive benefits packages.
