Youthful Medical Spa has been a premier medical spa in Northeast Florida for over 20 years. Founded by Pamela Caplan-Mahan and her husband Troy C. Mahan, this company has expanded from a small, two room spa to a 4,000 square-foot aesthetics dream come true and is currently ranked in the Top 250 Accounts (out of 50,000) in the Nation with Allergan (the creators of Botox, Juvederm family of fillers, and Coolsculpting)! YMS's goal is to exceed expectations in all aspects of the patient experience. That being said Youthful Medical Spa is looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Aesthetic Consultant! The ideal candidate will serve as the face of YMS, working directly with patients to consult on their aesthetic goals, book appointments, answer patient questions, recommend further treatments, check out clients, and other administrative duties. This role is patient facing and must be reliable in interacting with patients in a fast-paced environment. We are extremely busy and require at least 2 years of experience in the industry. (Medical Spa, Derm, Plastics) We REQUIRE a flexible schedule. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE CURRENLY ENROLLED IN ANY PROGRAMS THAT WOULD REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE SPECIFIC DAYS OFF EACH WEEK. EACH WEEK VARIES AND FOR EXAMPLE ; WE CAN NOT GRANT MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS OR TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS OFF EACH WEEK. YOU MUST HAVE OPEN AND FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY TO WORK 40 HOURS EACH WEEK.
