This position requires proficiency in various software applications, including Hubspot, to track leads and manage customer interactions. Responsibilities * Conduct cold and warm calling to engage potential customers and introduce them to our offerings. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Hubspot and follow up on leads promptly. * Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and identify new opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. * Continuously develop knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales or a similar outbound sales role is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales conversions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. * Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
