Our pieces feature ethically sourced gemstones and symbolic designs that reflect personal energy, milestones, and meaning. We specialize in permanent jewelry and in-person experiences like our Charm Bar , where customers select stones based on intention and have them custom- welded on the spot. Each piece is made to be both beautiful and purposeful -- designed to last, made to connect. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate | Welder at Amare Wear located in San Francisco, CA. The Sales Associate | Welder will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry, and completing sales transactions. Additionally, the role will involve performing welding tasks and repair and maintain jewelry. Work on some weekends required. Key Responsibilities * Experience in permanent jewelry welding * Being an amazing sales associate helping our customers in finding what they want and delighting them during the buying experience * Uphold our values of kindness, compassion, fun and caring educating customers about products, designs, etc. * keep the store in order - restocking, store opening and closing, receiving, display management, keeping the store beautiful and clean, and maintaining inventory Our Ideal Candidate * Retail experience is required, jewelry experience a plus * Highly skilled in customer service is the most important thing * Good communicator, responsible, friendly, easy to get along, pleasant and fun to interact with * Works as a team, helping and assisting others, collaborative, enjoys being around people, helps others and makes others happy * Degree or certification in Jewelry Design or in pursuit of a degree preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift Experience: * Welding: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * San Francisco, CA 94123 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * San Francisco, CA 94123: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
