Regional Sales Manager ABOUT NBE National Bulk Equipment (NBE) in Holland, Michigan, is rapidly growing and seeking motivated and qualified individuals. SUMMARY The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is the face of NBE for all sales and quoting activities. They serve as the intermediary between contracted NBE Sales Representatives who are generating leads and the internal NBE Sales Team responsible for quoting the product. The RSM is an organized individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving opportunities through to a successful close. This position can be fully remote, hybrid, and/or fully onsite depending on your location. Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Processes leads received from NBE Sales Representative and Marketing efforts. * Enters all quote activity and customer information in Salesforce CRM. Assigns quoting tasks to applicable NBE team members. * Provides technical sales support and solutions to sales representatives and customers during quoting and post-quote processes. * Reviews and delivers the proposals to sales representatives and end clients. * Manages the order negotiating process with the customer on project terms and agreements. * Performs in-house customer order expediting tasks. * Processes and finalizes the orders prior to handing them off to the Project Management Team. * Assists in resolution of product or service requests regarding engineering or technical issues. * Sets short- and long-term sales strategies through statistical analysis, observations, market trends, and preparation of reports. * Represents NBE products at trade shows throughout the year. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * 3-5 years of experience in capital equipment sales and manufacturing (ideally from the material processing and packaging industries) is preferred. * Basic understanding of mechanical systems and process controls is required. * Knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CRMs is preferred. * Knowledge of the Infor Syteline ERP (or similar) is preferred. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. * Ability to travel 25% of the time is required.
