• Greet and assist customers with selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Educate customers on in-house financing and how our Buy Here Pay Here process works
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with new and returning clients
• Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
• Meet monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks
• Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions

What You Bring

• Sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required--we'll train the right person)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong closing ability and a "go-getter" attitude
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Bilingual is a plus
