Job Description: Sunny Tires is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting our products and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role will be critical in driving sales and establishing lasting relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Service: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. * Sales: * Promote and sell a wide range of tire products and related services. * Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers. * Inventory Management: * Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, organizing displays, and conducting regular inventory checks. * Ensure all products are accurately labeled and priced. * Store Maintenance: * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. * Ensure that displays and promotional materials are visually appealing and up-to-date. * Product Knowledge: * Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Sales Reporting: * Maintain accurate sales records and report daily sales metrics to management. * Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in inventory planning. * Team Collaboration: * Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals. * Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving store operations and sales strategies. Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proficient in retail sales and cash handling * Experience with stocking and merchandising * Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math * Ability to operate a cash register and POS systems * Previous experience in a automotive shop is a plus! * BILINGUAL IS A BONUS!!!!!!!!!
