We are seeking Inside Appointment Generators to help drive our sales efforts. This role involves reaching out to potential merchants, identifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. This is a role where you can quickly advance within our company and grow into a sales representative position. Job Duties * Set 40 qualified appointments per month * Make 150+ calls per Day * Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations * Manage leads by tracking and follow up * Have thorough knowledge of company products * Coordinate meetings between potential clients and Sales Representatives * Participate in Sales team meetings and training sessions * Assist fellow Appointment Setters * Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees * Ability to meet department attendance requirements * Ability to work effectively under departmental pressure/stress situations * Skills And Abilities * Adequate math and computer skills * Sales and goal-oriented * Results-driven with a positive and upbeat attitude * Excellent organization and follow-through skills * Adhere to deadlines * Work well independently and as part of a team * Convey professionalism in all day-to-day activities * Education/Experience Required * Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Company Perks * Competitive compensation with contests and prizes * Extensive support and ongoing training * Positive work environment with a supportive company culture * Opportunities for career advancement * NO WEEKENDS : Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm *About Company CrossCheck, Inc., an established leader in the payment solutions industry, processes billions in check-transaction dollars annually throughout the United States.
